• • With other users: public profile information, listing details, and community posts are visible to other platform users. Exact fence addresses are only shared after a booking is confirmed.
• • With Stripe: payment information is processed by Stripe in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
• • With service providers: trusted third-party vendors that assist in platform operations (hosting, analytics, customer support), under strict data processing agreements.
• • For legal compliance: when required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
• • Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Location Data

FenceSpace uses location data to power map-based search features. Fence owners’ exact addresses are hidden from public listings and are only disclosed to an advertiser after a booking is confirmed. We request location access only with your explicit permission, and you may revoke this at any time through your device settings.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will delete their information promptly.
